Proposal
Minerals / Speleothems Subsystem Table Design

This is a proposed table design for organising cave minerals and speleothems.

The layout is based on that developed by the UISIC for caves. As that layout has been useful for automated database creation, it is proposed to keep the style to minimise changes to other software.
If necessary, change the size of your browser's fixed-spacing font to view the tables better. Use your browser's text search facility to get to a particular Field ID.

0:1 = from 0 to 1 instances per master instance.
1:1 = always 1 instance per master instance.
0:n = from 0 to many instances per master instance.
1:n = at least 1 instance per master instance.

Data types:
S       =   Short integer, up to 32,768.
